Baden Sports 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try any item for 30 days, and if you’re not satisfied, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to purchases made on badensports.com, excluding custom or personalized products. Shipping and handling for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed in the original payment form. To initiate a return, please complete the form below.

Note: Customers cover return shipping and handling. A shipping label can be provided for a reduced refund if requested through the confirmation email or by emailing [email protected].

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect item, please email [email protected] within 1-2 business days. We’ll ship the correct product once the returned product is in transit.

To process a return:

1. Complete the return request form below. A Return Authorization Form (RA) will be provided to you.
2. Ship the product, original proof of purchase, and RA form to us.
3. Clearly mark the RA# on your package. Postage and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Once Baden receives and processes your return, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing.
